Maison Des Champs scaled at least two other skyscrapers in other cities last month

Authorities say that an anti-abortion activist who has climbed buildings in at least two other cities did so in Oklahoma on Tuesday morning before he was arrested

The Oklahoma City NBC station KFOR said that the man was live-streaming the stunt on Instagram and saying that he was doing it to protest abortion. No one from the government has confirmed those details.

Authorities told the news station that one man on the ground ran away from police while another started to climb the building.Police said that Des Champs was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of trespassing and being a troublemaker. In the end, the police only charged the man with trespassing.

Police say that the event began around 8:40 a.m. local time

"We know that someone is on top of the downtown Devon Tower. Please stay away from the area. As a safety measure, our officers have shut down the streets close to the site "In a tweet sent out Tuesday morning, OKC Police said.
